CPA, CS JOHN OMARE
Managing Partner
CPA John Omare is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Public Secretary and managing partner, with a wide experience in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. He previously worked for Tome Consult Ltd; a private company offering Tax Services, for five years and left in August 2001 later to join Community Service Order (CSO) a department under Judiciary and Probation where he worked as a financial consultant up to the year 2008 when he left after the expiry of his contract. After that, he joined Bironga & Associates (Certified Public Accountants (K) where he gained valuable experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, and consultancy.
In 2010, CPA Omare was a consulting accountant with the African Evangelistic Enterprise Kenya office where he designed and installed the organization’s internal accounting system. Later in April 2011, he left the organization to concentrate on private practice - specializing in audit, taxation, accounting, and financial management.
CPA Omare holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Accounting option and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Daystar University.
He is a registered accountant and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK), a Practicing auditor, a Registered Tax Agent, and a Consultant in Organizational Strategic Management.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and a practitioner in corporate services advisory. And he loves the Lord. As a born-again Christian, he is committed to incorporating his faith into his professional service to clients.

Audit and Quality Assurance Manager
CPA Peter has over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
Before joining Omare and Associates, he had worked in the banking industry for twenty years in various divisions including; Finance division and Global financial markets division.
CPA Peter is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Diploma in Financial Markets and Treasury Operations and is currently pursuing certification in investments and finance.
RUTH OMBAGI- Bcom (Accounting), CPA (K)
Auditor
Ruth is an Auditor with over 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing. She possesses strong expertise in preparing financial reports, adhering to accounting and financial management standards, and managing general ledger operations to produce accurate and timely reports.
Ruth is also well-versed in preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts, managing payroll, budgeting cash flow, and filing statutory deductions as part of her consultancy work.
In her auditing role, Ruth collaborates on audit engagements and has developed extensive knowledge in gathering audit evidence, designing audit plans, and developing audit programs.
WALTER MOGIRE
Consultancy Manager
Mogire is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accountancy, taxation, finance, and audit services. He has worked with clients across various sectors, including companies, sole proprietors, partnerships, donor-funded organizations, projects, and stateowned institutions. Before joining Omare and Associates, Mogire gained valuable experience at Unicool East Africa in Tanzania, where he designed and implemented a robust internal control system, managed payroll administration, and ensured compliance with staff statutory requirements. As the head of the consultancy department, he specializes in formulating financial policies, budgeting, internal controls, project administration, asset management, tracking, inventory management, and taxation. Mogire holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on Information Technology from Maseno University.
EVELYN KERIGA

Evelyne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Banking and Finance, as well as a Diploma in Business Management.
She has extensive experience in organizational communication and administration. Currently, Evelyne oversees, coordinates, and leads logistics activities, while also managing customer care and support services

Accountant
Lucy is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, management, and taxation. She has previously worked with various organizations in their accounts and finance departments, where she honed her skills in financial management and compliance. At Omare and Associates, Lucy is responsible for delivering accounting services to our clients and providing training and support for internal control systems. Her expertise ensures that clients receive accurate financial reporting and effective management of their financial operations. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with First Class Honours from Multimedia University
